Executive Advisory Group

The Executive Advisory Group (EAG), comprised of retired senior-level staff from Federal, state, local, commercial and diplomatic organizations, will provide leadership to the workforce via a mentoring and intergeneration transmission of guidance and support to foster organizational values. The CRP Business Coaching Model (BCM) will focus on guiding managerial tasks that will incorporate the historical and conceptual framework specific to the organization, promote professional development in new and emerging leaders and foster harmony in the workplace.
